Installation of new Samsung Screens
Install Instructions for a Samsung Screen
Step 1 - Install the menu board(s), Adwall, Carwash screen(s) at the desired location(s).
Step 2 - Connect power and Internet directly to the screen. If replacing an existing screen - please do not use any eventual old external media players. The new Samsung Screens has a bulit in media player.
Step 3 - Power on the Screen.
Step 4 - Once the installation is completed the screen is red with a white box in the upper left corner.
Step 5 - If a CircleK installation. When the screens display the secret codes, please submit the screen enrollment form to our support team for Screen activation: See link below

Step 5 - For all other customers. When the screens display the secret codes, please take a photo of the whitebox and send in an email to to our support team for Screen activation. Please make sure to include inforamtion on customer, location, eventual store id when you submit the actication request See email below.
Please wait for the white box to show the secret code before taking the picture. Important - We only need a picture of the content in the white box not a picture of the whole screen from distance. Make sure you we/can read all information in the Whitebox. - If you can't read the information on the photo we can't either.
Step 6 - Done - Move to the next screen and repeat the procedure.
