Trouble Shooting Samsung Screens
Issue - The screen do not dispaly a secret code after installation.
Step 1
Please validate that the screen has a working internet connection. Press Home on remote or F5 on USB keyboard. Navigate to Settings -> Network -> Network Status
Still not working
Press Home on remote or F5 on keyboard. Navigate to Settings -> Network Settings and validate that is set to wired (not wireless).

Step 2
Please make sure the ethernet cable is :
properly crimpt at both ends
the network cable is undamages
the network cable is properly connected to both the screen and the main swithch
make sure the network cable is connected to an active port in the swithch
Still not working
Try to connect the network cable to another port in the switch
Step 3
Netork confirmed but the screen still not showing the white box with the secret code.
Restart the screen (power off/on).
Navigate to Screen menu Favorites or Features see if there is an option to select VA
Still not working
Step 4
Please validate that the date/time is correct-if the screen date/time is incorrect the installation will not work
Navigate to Settings -> System -> Time
Still not working
Step 5
This might be a rare case when the screen is not prperly configured/installed at our distrubutor. Please install/reinstall our software.
Press Home on remote or F5 on USB keyboard
Select "App Management Settings"
Enter in "Install Custom App":

Select "Custom App" "VA" or "VAPlayer" to start application

Please do a full reinstall of our software (see instructions below).
